sometimes i play music, and even after 3 km's of running, and i could still go on! i surprise my self sometimes really!

anyways, i got of work early today and i had to go buy self new clothes for tmw, ( we have festivals cos we need a source of increasing consumer demand, hence boosting the economy)

anyways, so all the hindu's at the company were allowed to leave at 3pm, usual time is 5.45pm

soo i walked, walked through masjid india, then walked from shop to shop, browsed all the shops with punjabi suits, i even walked pass masjid jamek! but anyways, i ended up getting my suit from a saantha's shop (or something like that) from a jalan melayu.

if i were asked to drive there now, i swear i wouldn't know!

so then i just follwed the maybank tower and knew my coordinates again! phew!

headed to MNO, but stopped at klcc instead, bought food at isetan! yummy fried tofu with spinach and carrots! slurp
and corn!

my chocolate jello will not be available in stock at the cold storage klcc :(

will have to look for a new source!

anyways,
so what i'm saying is that play on some fast musi and get on the threadmill or skywalker and run!
just run and your feeet'll never hurt!
run till you're hungry again (provided u're hungry cos u skipped a meal!, not out of greed)

oh, the bakery shop at capsquare is awesome cos they were willing to make my cheese salad sandwhich without mayo! specially for me! :D

i think customer service is one that needs great improvement in malaysia, and this little bakery at capsquare is really doing well.

companies should focus and pay more attention to Customer service, it would help not just retaining customers, but also more business as the loyal ones would brag about it, and there's no better suggestion than that coming from a close family or friend. being from a close personal source, there;s a greater reason why people would come to the shop.

and if you are practicing good customer service, they will inturn stay loyal,
basically at the end of the day, you will expand your customer base!
